A Souq is a traditional Middle Eastern market that brings spices and dishes to many travellers. In The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, the Ballroom Foyer on the 4th floor will be transformed into a market with stylish décor and high end shopping from various vendors. Tasteful entertainment will play during this fun experience with the Sufi Dance and Marawis for the perfect Ramadan ambiance. With tasteful dishes created by The Ritz-Carlton’s own chef and the fashionable clothing lines that will adorn the room, everyone will want to explore for hours here.

A wonderful fashion show by KAMI will be featured in the Baharat Market for guests to check out and see the new beauty trends of the season.


A new feature for this year’s Ramadan is the collaboration with KAMI, a modest wear brand, to be showcasing their new collection in a fashion show called “KAMI EIDscapade 2018”. KAMI focuses on urban-modest lifestyles for women who believe that modesty is a virtue.

Chef Rabih Yantany is welcomed back from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Oman – accompanied by Chef Muhammad Shareef. Both chefs specialise in Middle Eastern cuisines, so every guest will be able to taste meals that are the most authentic and traditional for a realistic market experience.

Chef Rabih Yantany and Chef Muhammad Shareef. have prepared a feast that will play hosts to tantalizing flavours and fulfilling hungry appetites.

The Baharat buffet at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place will be available daily for the month of Ramadan from 5:30pm – 9:00pm, priced at IDR 338,000+++ per person on weekdays and IDR 318,000+++ on weekends and inclusive of a welcome drink.
