This six-course dinner is priced at RMB 588 per person, with a wine pairing option available.

Lunch service will also be available during the three days with a three-course meal of pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, pan-roasted lamb rack with seasonal vegetable casserole, and affogato al caffe for RMB 208 per person.

Chef David Tamburini hails from Tuscany, Italy and developed a passion and for vegetarian cooking, especially after graduating from university.
