An Innovative Approach to the Traditional with Williams Casual Dining

When searching for a quaint and whimsical place to dine and relax during a busy day, visit Williams Casual Dining that will exceed the sense’s expectations.

Nestled in the busy neighbourhood of SCBD, Williams Casual Dining provides a thoughtful and laidback atmosphere that diners can truly relax and enjoy their time in during the day. Inspired by a childlike curiosity for new food and who appreciates a warmth when dining, Williams offers diners a thoughtful menu homage to Western-Asian comfort food in a relaxed ambiance.

Have a drink at the bar or order a round of delicious homemade cocktails from the talented team at Williams.

Serving food, coffee and wine daily, diners can come for the delicious and comforting food and enjoy the natural light coming from the quaint and whimsical setting set up.

The ambiance of the restaurant is set with a minimalist interior holding maximum space and floor to ceiling windows to bring in natural sunlight. Walls of vibrant green plants decorate their outside space to give a pop of colour. The soft lighting and intimate settings of the restaurant is perfect for those who want to spend their lunch break out in the patio with family or grab a drink with friends after work at night.

Chef Alpin Reyner learned from his mentor for his career is that if he loved cooking, to not be afraid to fail. Whatever set backs he has, Chef Alpin hopes to become better in his craft.

Created by Chef Alpin Reyner and his team, the restaurant serves a fusion of Western and Asian cuisine that will bring new light into familiar dishes. Using Chef Reyner’s food philosophy of making dishes “simple and sexy”, everything found at Williams is an homage to different cultures and brings an innovative take of familiar flavours.

The dishes at Williams is shareable and full of flavour, both savoury and sweet. Dishes like their Crusted Cod Fish and W’s Signature Chicken have a distinct taste of fresh and innovative spice that will fuel anyone up. Chef Alpin Reyner’s favourite dish to cook up is probably the Salmon and Gulai because in his words “most people know and eat salmon with a Western flair, but this dish brings more of an Asian flair that people will find different and surprising.”

The entrees found at Williams offers familiar flavours in a more innovative way that will feel comforting and perfect for a hangout with friends.

It’s not a proper meal without desserts and while the dessert section at Williams is small, they hold quite a punch. For traditional taste in a modern way, the Molten Cendol brings street side Indonesian food in a more upscale way.

Williams also has a fully stocked bar that will let guests have a wide selection of homemade cocktails and a selection of wine, beer and single malts, or even a nice cup of coffee as a pick me up.

The Crusted Cod Fish is fresh and light with crispy greens and a cod that will melt when taking that first bite, offering a new flavour explosion.

On top of their main dining room area, there is also an event space called Whitespace that can cater up to 80 seating or 100 standing with Williams catering available.

The senses will surely enjoy a trip at Williams Casual Dining with its innovative flavours and spacious and comforting ambiance. Williams is open from Monday to Thursday from 10:00am-11:00pm, Friday to Saturday 10:00am-1:00am, and Sunday from 9:00am-10:00pm.
