Celebrating Classic With Modern Touch at Potato Head Jakarta


Bringing together the new sumptuous flavor, forbore by the diverse local ingredients, Chef Aditya Muskita has introduced the classic revamped menu at the vibrant Potato Head, Jakarta.

Right from the moment it put down its roots in Jakarta in 2009, Potato Head has earned the loyalty of its customers from time to time. Perhaps, the attachment is resulted from the simplicity and uniqueness of its seasonal cuisine accompanied by the warm ambiance of the expanse. This summer, the Executive Chef of Potato Head Brasserie, Aditya Muskita, has innovatively recreated the menu by embracing the richness of local produces. Beside of presenting the range of exotic delicacies, the idea behind is to set a commitment to support the local farmer as well as in-country ingredients producers. Therefore, celebrating the myriad agriculture of the archipelago.

grilled leeks, and bordelaise sauce.

Chef Aditya Muskita has passionately aggregated each and every minutest elements to ensure customers have their best of palate satiety. The young and brilliant chef has shared, on the ideas that triggers this innovation, that it was his and his team obsession in yielding an ultimate end-result while not leaving behind the true identity and heritage of the country. Some of the recreated dishes are Prawn Agnolotti, Roasted Cauliflower, Slow Cooked Short Ribs amongst the other selections. With the re-modification of the existing menu, there are some newly incorporated menu into the list, such as Fried Chicken Donut Sandwich, Crispy Southern Fried Chicken Burger and many other.

To the joy of its customers, Potato Head also serves ‘steak selection’ with four available best meat options and different ‘cut of the day’ based on the market availability. In addition to the à la carte menu, Potato Head also introduces blackboard menu and ‘dessert cart’. Blackboard Menu will showcase the season’s ripest ingredients, fresh catch of the day, festive platters and more while dessert cart will display assorted selection of cakes and tarts, fresh from the Potato Head pastry kitchen.
