Chef Benjamin Le Moal to Present Classic French Cuisine at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta


Treat yourself to an exquisite dining experience for either lunch or dinner with Chef Benjamin Le Moal at The Sriwijaya Restaurant in The Dharmawangsa Jakarta.

The Sriwijaya Restaurant at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta will host Chef Benjamin Le Moal at the end of February for a special exquisite dining experience of classic French lunch and dinner, presented by young and passionate French cook himself, to treat the taste buds of the city foodies with something a little unique from the extensive experience of the French native.

Chef Benjamin is set to fly from Paris and cook for The Sriwijaya Restaurant’s diners on February 27 and 28, 2019, bringing with him his experiences working in Michelin-starred restaurants with some of the world’s most renowned chefs. His creations will be presented in the backdrop of Sriwijaya’s fine-dining environment, which takes its inspiration from its namesake – the 8th century Sriwijaya Kingdom in Indonesia.

In 2013, Chef Benjamin created his own company and developed a concept of luxury embodied by the service and creations of private chef and pop-up restaurants and bars. He developed it first in Paris, before taking it on to Monaco, Nice, Saint Tropez, just to name a few locations. His passion is steeped in the beauty of learning about food, finding the pleasure of healthy cooking..

For the Exquisite Dining Experience, a 3-course lunch set menu starts at Rp 800,000++ per person, while the 4-course dinner set menu is priced at Rp 1,500,000++ per person, the latter including a glass of wine.
