Known for its classy and tasty Japanese dishes OKU Restaurant at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski is inviting you to go deeper than just what’s on the table. If OKU is usually only pampering your tastebuds for fine Japanese cuisine, now they are presenting the special appearance and sharing session with on The Chef’s Table. Meet and learn from the man behind one of the most instagenic Japanese dishes in town, Chef Kazumasa Yazawa. Get up close and personal with the Japanese Chef  who has been helming their Japanese premium dining. Chef Kaz has many years’ experiences in crafting authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Now he will share his tips and tricks in creating delicious and delightful dishes.

You can also talk and get close about Japanese cuisines and his personal taste on how to serve the best Japanese dishes. This interactive Japanese exclusive dining experience for 24 people sees a five-course dinner accompanied by Chef Kaz sharing his culinary philosophy, as well as offering you the chance to learn about some of his ingredients of choice, hands-on techniques and more. The Chef’s Table at OKU is happening on 20 July 2017 and priced at Rp 1,000,000++/person including paired wine.
