Meet and learn from the man behind one of the most instagenic Japanese dishes in town, Chef Kazumasa Yazawa. Get up close and personal with the Japanese Chef who has been helming their Japanese premium dining. Chef Kaz has many years’ experiences in crafting authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Now he will share his tips and tricks in creating delicious and delightful dishes.

This interactive Japanese exclusive dining experience for 24 people sees a five-course dinner accompanied by Chef Kaz sharing his culinary philosophy, as well as offering you the chance to learn about some of his ingredients of choice, hands-on techniques and more.
