Hilton Hotels in Indonesia is about to bring in summer full of fresh flavours and new culinary innovations. For the month of May, the signature ingredient featured on the menu will be coconut.

#EatDrinkHilton is a yearlong F&B promotion created to inspire new dining creations featuring locally seasoned, sourced and grown produce. This nationwide experience delivers guests amazing cuisine by each region preparing their own special style of cooking, reflecting the rich and colourful Indonesian culture. Chefs from all five Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Garden Inn have made specialty menu items using this month’s ingredient, coconut.

The coconut used is sustainable and locally sourced. This tropical fruit offers incredible numbers of delicious and nutritious elements to enjoy.

This this tasty Coconut Crème Brûlée as a refreshing and all natural dessert to finish off a hearty meal from Conrad Bali at both Spice and Rin Restaurants.

In Jakarta, guests staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro can either enjoy their dining adventure at OPEN} Restaurant and eat their Coconut Seafood Stew, Lamb Coconut Curry and Vegetable Urap or at Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar for the Coco Brezzde and Provençal Barramundi with Coconut Risotto or THE KOFFEE serving up the Pandan Coconut Mousse. These light and summery tastes will make taste buds feel refreshed and energised for this tasty culinary adventure.
