With the success of last year’s dining adventure, the Kayuputi Restaurant at the St. Regis Bali Resort is pleased to host Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard for a breath-taking evening of magnificent dining, award-winning wine, and energetic company.
Chef Nicolas Isnard was born in the South of France and was introduced to his love of gastronomic adventure cooking with his Italian grandmother. His continuance of exploring food philosophies has lead him to be able to create novel flavours using his expert cooking skills with local produce. Chef Isnard co-owns L’Auberge de la Charme, which earned a Michelin star in 2009. In the present time, Chef is traveling the world sharing his passion for cooking as a culinary consultant.
As a special treat, for three days only, Chef Nicolas Isnard will be present at Kayuputi Restaurant at the St. Regis Bali Resort to showcase his signature dishes in a six course degustation menu with award-winning wine parings to further the dining experience to a new level. To witness this incredible dinner, Kayuputi Restaurant will offer this meal for IDR 1,450,000 net per person and IDR 1,250,000 net per person with the award-winning wine list.
