The St. Regis Bali Resort’s award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant invites you to join the first wine and dine event of the year, Concha y Toro Wine Dinner. Viña Concha y Toro is the largest wine company in Chile and Latin America.

Founded in 1883, it currently has more than 11,000 hectares of vineyards in Chile, Argentina and the United States. Its wine portfolio includes icons such as Don Melchor and Almaviva, its emblematic Casillero del Diablo brand, as well as Trivento wines from Argentina, and Fetzer and Bonterra from California. The winery was also named as “World’s Most Powerful Wine Brand” in 2014 and 2015 by British consultancy firm Intangible Business, and “World’s Most Admired Wine Brand” in 2011, 2012 and 2013 by Drinks International, as well as achieving second place in the same ranking in 2017.

Kayuputi restaurant will host the first anticipated wine dinner of the year on Friday, 23 March 2018, presenting unprecedented gastronomic excellence with a six-course degustation menu handcrafted by award-winning Executive Chef, Agung Gede. Elevate the experience with Concha y Toro vintages pairing, handpicked by Chief Sommelier, Harald Wiesmann, including the famed Don Melchor Concha Y Toro 2011. The evening will begin with a pre-dinner cocktail at Kayuputi Bar at 7:00 PM.

The dinner will also be hosted by José Tomas Cancino, South East Asia Regional Manager – VCT Asia, representing Concha y Toro.
