La Scala’s Newest Brunch Experience for the Weekend


Presenting the alluring charm and timeless sensibility of Italy, La Scala is pleased to present a new brunch service with Italian fares to help the morning seem a little more adventurous.

La Scala is now presenting a new Italian brunch service helmed by Chef de Cuisine Stefano Sanna. This new brunch promises to be a memorable affair of not only textures, but taste and colours. The brunch starts at the chef’s table with shared antipasti, featuring a fine selection of house-made charcuterie, beef loin, balsamic salmon, house-made Porchetta, fresh mozzarella and burrata, caviar, oysters and local seasonal vegetables.

Highlights of main course include smoked red prawn tartare from Sicily, baked seabream, langoustine, mussel, clam, saffron potato, and the house-made eggplant parmigiana with the recipe from Chef Stefano’s mother in addition to other unique Italian delicacies.

Each dish holds impeccable attention to detail and incorporates a richness that will only elevate the dining experience as a whole.

The Italian Brunch at La Scala will bring savoury flavours all the way from Italy that will have everyone enjoying their time there.

La Scale also upholds the philosophy of sustainable dining by using chicken, eggs, and vegetables sourced from local and organic farms. The milk used to make La Scala’s cheese is sourced and produced in Inner Mongolia, in efforts to minimise the transportation of food and ultimately reduce carbon emissions and Chef de Cuisine Stefano Sanna also keeps vegetables, peels, shellfish shells and so on and utilises them by incorporating it into the preparation of other dishes in order to reduce food waste, and advocate for the philosophy of making the best use of any given ingredient.

Accompanying this exquisite brunch, La Scala can be accompanied with a choice of free-flow aperol spritz, prosecco or digestifs, such as limoncello and grappa, to enhance the dining experience.

Guests can experience this Italian Brunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm every Saturday and Sunday with a selection of any two dishes for RMB 228 per person or any three dishes for RMB 268 per person. Top off he meal with free-flow drinks for an additional RMB 158 per person.
