From 21st to 30th September, have an extraordinary and sumptuous buffet spread brimming with authentic and vibrant delights that define the country, as well as perennial favourites raved about by many at Melt Café at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. Guests can also try the extensive array of other local and international flavours lined up for guests to savour.

This Army Stew is comprised of rice cakes, Korean fish cakes, leeks, sliced beef, mushrooms and more that will fill the heart and stomach of delicious flavours.

This Korean filled journey can start off with Korean seasoned spinach, spicy cucumber salad and kimchi. Perfect for sharing at the live gourmet station is an elevated version of a Korean Seafood Pancake featuring prawn, squid, scallop and lobster. Another highlight is Tteobokki (hot and spicy rice cakes), a classic chewy dish which can be easily found in the bustling streets of Korea.

Guests can get a rustic feel with dishes such as a hearty Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup simmered until fragrant; fork-tender Braised Short Ribs with kimchi; and a comforting Kimchi Seafood Soup with beancurd. On Fridays and Saturdays, the spotlight will be on the highly delicious and popular Army Stew comprised of rice cakes, Korean fish cakes, leeks, sliced beef, mushrooms and more. The alfresco garden is home to a sizzling assortment of barbecued and succulent meats, ranging from Chicken Bulgogi and Beef Short Ribs to Spicy Pork and Shrimp.

The Korean Delight will surely make the tastebuds come alive for all guests who come and try this out.

The ending to a perfect meal would be the sublime dessert selections by a team of award-winning pastry chefs with flavours such as Korean Strawberry Cake, Fruit Ice Jelly, Orange Hallabong Gateaux and Tteok Mochi.

This excellent dinner buffet is ready to serve and amaze guests’ taste buds for an authentic and fulfilling experience. Guests can come taste these creations every day of the week, with Sunday to Thursday priced at SGD 78 per person and SGD 88 per person on Fridays and Saturdays, both inclusive of free flow juices.
