Highlighting pairings often found in Chinese cuisine, two traditional baked mooncakes have a creative twist. For a luscious combination of salty and sweet flavours, a classic dessert of taro and coconut is reinterpreted to a delectable mooncake with sea salt caramel. The pandan mooncake stays true to Singapore’s national cake featuring a golden backed exterior and a delectable red bean core studded with melon seeds for crunch and texture. Purists will always feel welcome with the low sugar silver lotus paste with single or double yolk.
There is also an artisanal snow skin mooncake collection with the exotic Mango Puree with macadamia nuts that perfectly balances and yields an uplifting aroma of the fruits freshness. By popular demand, the signature Lychee Martini with chocolate truffle; Custard Paste with rose petals and chestnuts; and Osmanthus and Walnut selections are back as well.
