This New Years, indulge in a dining event that will only fuel for a healthier version of oneself at one of Adiwana Resort Jembawan’s facilities, Herb Library.
Herb Library is the resort’s contemporary, healthy dining venue located at the front entrance of Adiwana. Serving not only purely raw of “living” food, the restaurant also offers a different, plant-based all day dining menu for Herbivores with sustainability and responsibly sourced fish and chicken options for Omnivores.
For New Year’s, Herb Library will have a thrilling five-course healthy and mouth-watering set menu carefully crafted by their skilled chef with the finest locally sourced ingredients in each course and dessert, complemented by a glass of sparkling rose wine.
The night will begin with guests having free flow cocktails and canapes. The main event will be accompanied by a Balinese dance and a traditional Barong performance to set the Balinese cultural mood. The set menu will let guests explore flavours not commonly found, but expertly crafted.
The Amuse Bouche will be a bite of Greek cucumber roll, spiced watermelon and roasted sweet potato. The following would be the Appetizer of Cheese Wild Rucolla Salad with wild rucola, herbs, tomato cherry, roasted beetroot, house nut, feta cheese, garlic crouton, red radish, pumpkin and lemon peanut miso dressing. The Soup course is a Seafood Bisque, creamy and served with herbs and garlic bread.
Guests can choose between Duck Leg Al Orange – pan-fried duck legs served with spiced tangerine reduction, mashed potato, baby vegetables and leaves or the HL Platter, consist of stewed young jack fruit, red bean burritos, coco KL rice and tomato avocado salsa. To end the night, Dessert will be Bali Chocolate, where a crunchy local chocolate log will be served with vanilla ginger cremeaux, fruits, pavlova and ice cream.
