Revamping Authentic Indonesian Dining with Plataran’s New Menu


Introducing a revamped menu with a media gathering that featured authentic Indonesian dining, Plataran showcased a perfectly complemented meal by the rich heritage and artistry of the surroundings they have.

Held at Plataran Dharmawangsa in Jakarta, this media gathering was to help introduce a revamped menu featured at Plataran Dharmawangsa and Plataran Menteng. This event had a three-course feast of authentic Indonesian dining, at the same time letting the media see the refreshed look of Plataran Dharmawangsa’s interior.

The Bistik Ayam Oma is rich and full of flavour that will melt in your mouth once taking that first bite.

Plataran Dharmawangsa sits in the elite residential neighbourhood of Kebayoran Baru with an almost tropical ambiance throughout their property with history and culture coming alive. Plataran Dharmawangsa and Plataran Menteng are the signature outlets for Plataran group, illustrative of the organisation’s standards and services nationwide.

The feast started off with sumptuous appetizers of salad ayam delima, udang nagih and soto kompeni. Such light flavours and a bright display of ingredients that merry together help set the tone for a fun evening. The banquet continued through a decadent main course consisting of such classics as braised beef tenderloin, beef rendang fried rice and gourami fried in okra with pineapple and paprika. The ending of the feast was an indulgent dessert of filo pastry with banana, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, known as piscok goreng.

Bringing traditional flavours together, the Nasi Goreng Rendang will bring the familiarity of home to guests minds when taking a bite.

A creamy and delicious dessert of piscok is made of filo pastry with banana, chocolate and vanilla ice cream ready to satisfy any sweet tooth.
