There’s a new hotspot for anyone who wants to spend the night overlooking the Jakarta cityscape with contemporary atmosphere and delicious accompaniments at ROOSEVELT, the new restaurant lounge from De La House.
De La House has expanded their repertoire with the new, mature and youthful restaurant lounge, Roosevelt located on the top floor of the newly built Goodrich Suites in Antasari, South Jakarta. Recently a soft opening was held to excite the public for a new way to see Jakarta nightlife. Inspired by a documentary film that resembles two values of multidisciplinary talents and excellent leadership, Roosevelt represents the balance of work and play. Floor to wall windows lets guests take in natural lighting over the eclectic colourful interior.
Roosevelt gives off a warm welcome with good food and drinks all accompanied with entertaining music and great friends. Whether its after work or after spending the weekend out and about, the Roosevelt will be the best place to recharge and also connect with others in a relaxed environment.
Roosevelt marks the 5thestablishment offering urban denizens a fresh perspective of the capital city. Quality is the primary component and is highly reflected in the menu, from starters, steaks, right through to main course & desserts. The theme of the menu is considered to being island comfort food and to top that off, a wide selection of liquors, wine and refreshing signature cocktails will leave every night spent at the Roosevelt memorable for everyone.
This soft launch of the restaurant lounge had a special appearance by the Bar Manager of Manhattan Bar at Regent Singapore, Philip Bischoff. Thanks to Bischoff, Manhattan was awarded the title of Best Bar in Asia at the World’s 50 Best Bars for two consecutive years. For the Roosevelt Bischoff has crafted 2 special Singleton cocktails, Mad Dog and Apple Pie.
The soft opening also was welcomed with groovy performances from 3 well-known musicians; Andien, a famous Indonesian jazz singer, DiphaBarus, a DJ who has been blowing up Indonesia’s dance music scene and Richard Chriss, a soul, R&B and jazz singer.
