Elevating a new level of vision to Padma Resort Legian, the resort is excited to announce the appointment of Lara Frenzel as Executive Pastry Chef.

Padma Resort Legian is a five-star resort in Bali bringing and uplifting environment where guests can experience the fun of an artistic lifestyle. Located 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, the resort sits on a tropical landscape overlooking Bali’s legendary sunset. The resort is a collection of 432 comfortbale rooms and suites with its own private balcony or terrace for heightened relaxation. Chef Lara Frenzel plans to bring with her multiple experiences across Europe and vibrant viewpoint on the pastry world and technical expertise to bring Padma Resort Legian to another level.

Chef Lara Frenzel is ready to wow guests with her innovative skills in the pastry world at Padma Resort Legian.

Chef Lara has five years of international experience working for a 5-star hotel in Europe namely Hotel Traube Tonbach in Baiersbronn, Germany as a Sous Chef, honing her skills not only in pastry, cake, and chocolate, but also employee management through leading most of the cooking-classes held by the hotel during her tenure. She was also part of a renowned Michellin-starred restaurant in Portugal, Ocean Restaurant when she became Pastry Chef de Party under the famous Chef Hans Neuner.

On her off days, Chef Lara likes to read and catch some waves, which makes her appointment in Bali successfully winning her heart with its tropical lifestyle and plenty of beaches to surf at.

With her presence, she looks forward to contributing in the success of resort’s culinary service by incorporating her creativity and passion to reinforce Padma Resort Legian delicate dining experience.
