The Culinary Excellence of Kayuputi Restaurant and Vesse Felix Wine
Diners are in for a treat for an evening of gastronomic finery with the taste of award-winning wine at Kayuputi Restaurant with Vasse Felix Wine.
On Friday, 6 July 2018, Kayuputi Restaurant will host a coveted evening of a 6-course degustation dinner from the award-winning Kayuputi kitchen team headed by Executive Chef Agung Gede in collaboration with Vasse Felix Head Chef Brendan Pratt.
Chef Brendan has international experience including a position with Michelin-starred restaurants The Fat Duck and The Ledbury, as well as with Frasers Restaurant Group in 2012. Chef Brendan started working with Vasse Felix in 2017.
Vasse Felix is an award-winning wine from Margret River’s founding wine estate established in 1907 by regional pioneer Dr. Tom Cullity. Margret River holds pristine isolation, ancient lands, and twin oceans making this the world’s best environments to grow ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Vasse Felix establishes their reputation on those varieties, along with Shiraz and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends.
Vasse Felix wines are all estate-grown in Vasse Felix’s four Margaret River vineyards then estate-made and bottled within its state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Visitors are welcome to come and experience the wine and culinary experiences at one of Australia’s draw-card winery destinations.
The finest selection of Vesse Felix wine, hand selected by Kayuputi’s sommelier, will be paired that night with an elaborate menu destined to amaze even the pickiest eaters. Pre-dinner cocktails will commence at Kayuputi Bar at 7:00pm before dinner at 7:30pm. Starting at IDR 1,850,000 net per person including wine pairings, this meal will for sure be the highlight to a memorable day.
