Gong serves a mouth-watering selection of signature dishes from South East Asia and other parts of the world with a daily choice of specials, all using locally sourced ingredients, which ensures freshness and supports local growers in Bali. One of their signature menu is an authentic Balinese chargrilled asparagus to slow braised ribs in tamarind and soy.
