Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant is pleased to present a three-night dining event with two Michelin star Chef Nagaya, that will bring guests the best Japanese cuisine outside of Japan. 

The award-winning Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant looks over the cliff-edge with hues of the sunset invites connoisseurs of fine dining to have a magical and savoury night of food and ambiance. Ju-Ma-Na is painted in an air of sultry Moroccan charm and has the perfect vantage point to see the natural ebb and tide of the Indian Ocean while guests can enjoy cosmopolitan cocktails and aperitifs, shisha and Arabian-influenced snacks and drinks.

Exclusively for 9 to 11 November 2018, the restaurant wants guests to join on this three-night dining event with 2-star Michelin Chef, Chef Nagaya from Hong Kong. Chef Nagaya will be presenting Momentary Winter Wind in five parts. This set dinner starts with the opening scene, Golden Ratio~1:1.618 followed by Inheritance of Food Culture, Reminiscence, Aesthetic Sense and ending with Flavour of Happiness as the Universal Language.

Chef Nagaya is excited and ready to show guests the magical and savoury dining experience of Momentary Winter Wind in five delicious parts.

Chef Nagaya was born in Japan and his culinary skills was groomed by working at numerous Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants based in Japan and France. A few highlights of his career were being swiftly promoted to Head Chef at two Michelin star L’Effervescence –the 12th best restaurant in Asia – which serves Japanese-influenced French food – and having his tenure at the world-renowned Narisawa – ranked #18 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017 and consistently ranked in the top 20.

Open to all, this three-evening set dinner is perfect for those who want something new to have for dinner with excitement and surprises all around. The Momentary Winter Wind dinner is priced at IDR 1.300.000++/ person for three courses and IDR 1.875.000++/person per person for five courses.
