The Hidden Gems of Timur Kitchen
A hidden gem of culinary adventure, Timur Kitchen is ready to show guests a dining experience full of wonder and flavour.
Timur – meaning “east” in Indonesian – Kitchen is the newest dining experience to explore in Bali. Overlooking the Indian Ocean on the eastern side of the new resort in Bali, Komaneka at Keramas Beach, the restaurant holds an air of sophistication that will bring back history and culture in a modern way.
Timur Kitchen is an open-air restaurant that holds a sophisticated contemporary design with rich wood sculptures and intricate details inspired by the old era of the royal Balinese kingdoms, as well as a water fountain and pond to symbolise prosperity and luck. The restaurant’s location is remarkably stunning with a 360-degree view overlooking the Indian Ocean, the neighbouring island Nusa Penida, Bali’s highest volcano Mount Agung, and the Komaneka at Keramas own rice fields.
Besides the stunning design of Timur Kitchen, the restaurant offers guests rich Indonesian cuisine and savoury international dishes incorporating the finest fresh local ingredients, perfectly prepared by Komaneka’s Executive Chef. Accompanying this exquisite meal will be a fine selection of imported wines and spirits that will liven the night and make any setting special.
With such a breath-taking view, the restaurant has a maximum capacity of 76 people, perfect for intimate parties and special occasions.
Komaneka at Keramas Beach is the fifth property in the Komaneka property. The resort has 37 villas, each with a private pool and ocean views remarkable from any angle.
