The family at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is pleased to invite guests to a timeless holiday tradition of Thanksgiving Sunday Brunch on 25 November 2018 at PASOLA Restaurant. This year, PASOLA will present a classic Thanksgiving buffet menu worthy of spending with family that will have everyone thankful and stuffed full of love and food.

The Thanksgiving buffet menu will include the annual favourite of Cider Brined Roasted Turkey with Brioche Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Candied Yam and Cranberry Sauce, Pretzel Crumbed Chicken Cutlets and Clam Chowder Soup. To conclude this decadent feast, the pastry team has curated specialty desserts such as Salted Caramel Chocolate Apple Cake, Chocolate Pecan Pie, Smores Ice Cream Cake and Peach Ricotta Almond Crumble.

Together with the Thanksgiving menu, PASOLA will also let guests check out and enjoy the bountiful spread of International favourites and tasty Indonesian cuisine.

PASOLA will offer their signature brunch with fresh seafood on ice, Roast Beef, Peking duck, Western and Asian delicacies, Sushi and Sashimi, Egg Benedict and Foie Gras burger station, while the Indonesian plates are brilliantly crafted Sop Buntut Balado, Barramundi Pesmol, Soto Sum Sum, Pempek Palembang, Mie Ayam Jamur and many more.

The Thanksgiving Sunday Brunch will be on 25 November 2018, from 12-3:30pm on level 6 of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place. The buffet will be priced at Rp. 428,000++ per person that includes free-flow of iced flavoured tea, juices and homemade lemonade, Rp. 788,000++ per person for the alcoholic beverage package, and Rp. 188,000++ per child.
