Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is ringing in the prosperous Year of the Pig with a celebration of delicious dining offerings in their many restaurants.

With the celebrations of the new year still happening, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is entering the Chinese New Year with auspicious delicacies at the award-winning Dynasty restaurant and Café Renaissance. Enjoy a prosperous Dinner Buffet full of flavour and excitement with friends and family to help celebrate the year of the Pig.

Over at Dynasty, indulge in many delicacies, such as the authentic Chinese New Year Puddings. Discover unusual flavours of their indigenous Chinese New Year Puddings and Turnip Cake handcrafted by Dynasty’s master chefs representing prosperity and fortune. The Puddings are elevated in irresistibility and sweetness with a perfect amount of coconut juice and the Turnip Cake is crafted with premium Chinses sausage, conpoy, dried shrimp and turnip. Guests can order these delectable treats from 21 January – 3 February 2019, priced at HK$218 per box. Advanced reservation is required three days in advance.

The Deluxe Poon Choi is full of tasty offerings and will bring good fortune to the new year.

Celebrate Chinese New Year with a deluxe Poon Choi featuring a lavish selection of auspicious ingredients, including whole fish maw, whole abalone, whole dried scallop, sea cucumber, Chinese mushroom, dried oyster, prawn, roasted goose, sea moss, poaches chicken, goose web, “fortune” turnip and much more. The Deluxe Poon Choi is available from 28 January – 19 February 2019 priced at HK$ 728 per person, with a maximum of four people. Take-a-way orders will add an additional HK$ 250 for chinaware.

Executive Chef Suen Kam Sing is also helping guests feel special this new year with intriguing Chinese New Year Specialties and Deluxe Poon Choi Set Menu. A la carte menu choice that will help commemorate the occasion is their Pan-fried Dried Oysters in Sweetened Sauce for HK$ 388 per portion. This dish helps represent wealth and richness in Chinese culture. Guests can also try the Sautéed Prawns in Hawthorn Sauce for HK$ 350* per portion.

Available from 28 January to 19 February 2019, families can reunite and enjoy Dynasty’s opulent 8-course Poon Choi Menu highlighting the best flavours and dishes of the season. The menu is priced at HK$ 1,288 per person and includes the Deluxe Poon Choi, Bird’s Nest Soup Braised with Crabmeat, and much more.

At Café Renaissance, usher in the Year of the Pig with a scrumptious Chinese New Year dinner buffet. Dishes such as “Lo-Hei” Salmon Sashimi Salad, Braised Abalone, Black Mushroom and Sea Cucumber in Oyster Sauce, Chinese New Year Cold Platter, Wok-Fried Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk, Crispy Pork Knuckle and much more will be present to bring in a festive offering. Seafood lovers can enjoy the signature fresh oysters and baked lobsters, and everyone can end their meal with festive desserts, including the fascinating Kumquat Compote with White Chocolate Cake, Oolong Tea Chocolate and Berries Fortune Layer Cake.

The traditional Chinese New Year Puddings will bring prosperity to all when they eat them.

Prosperous Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet is available from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. from 29 January – 7 February 2019, priced at HK$668* per adult and HK$398* per child ages 3 – 11, all includive of unlimited orange juice and soft drinks. Guests can add HK$ 150 for a free flow of draught beer, selected red and white wines. Enjoy 3-hour complimentary parking with the consumption of HK $2,000 or above for dinner.
