The Artistic and Unexpected #FourSeasonsPopDown in Philadelphia

The second in a global series of immersive experience by the world’s leading hospitality company was shown in Philadelphia last month in a mesmerizing evening of surrealism and enchantment.
#FourSeasonsPopDown Philadelphia was held on 25th September at BOK in the city’s Passyunk neighbourhood. Ahead of the opening of the highly anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Centre in spring 2019, Four Seasons transformed the South Philadelphia rooftop venue into a surreal garden experience, paying homage to The City of Brotherly Love in a showcase of artistry and imagination.
The one night-only-event followed four interactive floral art installations created by renowned celebrity florist Jeff Leatham that popped down around the city, to the delight of locals and visitors to the city, lighting up social media with the colourful photo opportunities.

BOK was full of colourful burst of Leatham’s florals and the Four Seasons artisans showcased their craft, serving a menu of out-of-the-box culinary creations, mixology and sweet treats. Making up the permanent team at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Centre includes Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, celebrated local Chef Greg Vernick, Hotel Executive Chef Maxime Michaud, and celebrity florist Jeff Leatham, who was recently announced as Artistic Director of the upcoming Hotel.

The event also featured Pastry Chefs Chris Ford (Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel), Lasheeda Perry (Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta) and Lorenzo Sollecito (Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta); and Mixologists Valentino Longo (Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, Surfside, Florida), Sarah Rahl (Four Seasons Hotel Austin) and Mariano Ricciari (Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre).
Anticipation is set for the new Four Seasons hotel and Four Seasons Pop Down series all started in Toronto in 2017. The series is set to take place again in December in Miami and Hong Kong in early 2019.
