The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi to Host a Jimmy Choo Afternoon Tea


Beginning March 16, 2019, the MOTIF Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi will host a special edition afternoon tea in collaboration with Jimmy Choo.

Japan’s central business districts of Marunouchi is not only one of the most prestigious in the capital city, it also happens to house an incredibly lovely spot for afternoon tea. This treat is nestled on the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, at the MOTIF Restaurant & Bar, which has been known for its exquisite offer of a gastronomic journey where guests can find a mix of culinary works of art and unique flavours of Hokkaido with farm-to-table French cuisine.

This coming March, afternoon tea enthusiasts can anticipate something a little different and yet very exciting from the MOTIF Restaurant & Bar. The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi recently announced the launching of a special edition afternoon tea, which is done in partnership with world-renowned luxury fashion accessories brand Jimmy Choo.

MOTIF Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi is known for its exquisite offer of a gastronomic journey.

In the first co-branded afternoon tea collaboration for Jimmy Choo in Japan, MOTIF’s culinary team has created imaginative confections and savoury treats, inspired from the luxurious brand’s seasonal fashion collection and signature styles. This will include Jimmy Choo’s iconic ROMY heeled biscuits, and other Jimmy Choo unique details such as star studs, glitter and shoe illustrations – which will be celebrated alongside a collection of 30 tea varieties and coffee.

From March 16, 2019 to May 31, 2019, guests are welcomed to try for themselves this exclusive treat. Outside of Japan, Jimmy Choo has previously collaborated with other establishments, including with The Landmark, Mandarin Oriental’s MO Bar in Hong Kong. In Tokyo, the light meal ritual will be priced at JPY 6,900 per person, with a gift of a 4.5ml Jimmy Choo L’Eau de Toilette. It’s not just the experience you’d get then, but also a little souvenir.

This special edition of the light meal ritual at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi will feature a number of savoury and sweet choices, including truffle popcorn, white asparagus puree, macaron with caramel miso cream, and grapefruit and wasabi sherbet.
