Partake in a bespoke gastronomic celebration with Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa’s Guest Chef Series. Indulge in a selection of fine dining and tasting experiences in the ultimate showcase of culinary talent of five of the biggest and brightest faces in the Mallorcan restaurant industry. 

Focusing on creativity, each chef will present a tasting menu of five dishes with wine pairing, drawing inspiration from differing culinary backgrounds and cooking styles to expose foodies to a plethora of mouth-watering dishes.

Starting the series on May, Javier Hoebeeck treated guests to a taster of the innovative and creative dishes seen at Fusion 19 as he paired traditional Mediterranean cooking with pioneering culinary techniques.

Taste the appetizing Cap Roig Paella with a stunning view as the backdrop at Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.

Following in the footsteps of Hoebeeck, on June 21, 2019, the hotel hosted the owner of Daica, Catrina Pieras. Pieras pays homage to her traditional Mallorcan and Catalan roots – focusing on seasonal and local produce – to create high quality and delicious dishes in a modern creative style.

Let the taste buds be pampered and experience a number of nutritional benefits with Andrés Benítez from Botanic’s delicious and healthy dishes on September 6, 2019. Taste the exquisite flavours of fusion cuisine by tasting Mediterranean/Asian fusion chef Fabián Fuster of Canela’s creative dishes which seamlessly compliment the two gastronomic traditions through his fusion menu on October 4, 2019.

Dine comfortably and enjoy a range of delectable dishes from Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa’s Guest Chef Series at Es Fanals.

On the final night of the celebration, held on November 1, 2019, all of the aforementioned chefs will be joined by Jumeirah Port Soller’s, Es Fanals Executive Chef, Javier Soriano. Soriano has a distinguished background working in a number of Michelin-star restaurants across Spain, and has perfected the art of traditional tapas and Spanish dishes, which he changes weekly to make the most out of the seasonal produce.
