With many options of dining venues, one that stands out as the hotel’s signature restaurant is Lemon Garden, where guests can enjoy power breakfasts, business lunches and indulgent buffet dinners. Conveniently located on the Lobby Level, the all-day dining venue Lemon Garden is well known for its extensive buffet selections and live theatre kitchens where local and international specialties are prepared fresh daily using the best ingredients.

The vast breakfast buffet selection includes everything from smoked salmon to fresh-baked pastries, egg station, sushi bar, and Asian and Western fare. Sweet or savoury, hot or cold, fresh or fried, there really is something for everyone at the Lemon Garden. Not only breakfast, in the evenings for dinnertime Lemon Garden also offers another set of buffet dinner with a very comprehensive option of local and international cuisine. With a modern and contemporary design which exudes a warm and sophisticated ambience elegantly designed by Bond Design Studio Inc. from Japan, Lemon Garden has a total seating capacity of up to 368 people. The outdoor dining area is adorned with garden terrace and al fresco dining area overlooking a koi fish pond and water fountain.

Live theatre kitchens feature an array of tantalising local and international dishes freshly prepared by the skillful team of chefs while you watch. Choose from the Seafood Station, Asian Theatre Kitchen, Western Theatre Kitchen, Salad Bar, the Dessert Pavilion and more. Find a wide selection of cheese, salads, roast beef, glazed lamb ribs and quiche at the Western theatre kitchen. Authentic pizzas are made using a unique wood burning oven, and guests can make their own pasta at the Interactive Pasta Hotspot. One of the most popular stations is the seafood station, where diners can indulge in fresh, large platters of scrumptious lobster, oysters, scallops, crabs, squids, mussels, sushi, sashimi and prawns.

The Asian theatre kitchen, which is equipped with a hot tandoori oven, hosts authentic dishes from across Asia such as satay, murtabak, chicken tikka, tandoori, naan bread, roti canai, and others. Signature dishes include the Nyonya Curry Laksa and Whole Baked Malay Red Snapper with Curry. Meanwhile, the Chinese station features a noodle corner which serves warm noodles prepared a la minute, exquisite selection of dim sum and other varieties of oriental specialties. Last but not least, the Dessert Pavilion features an enticing display of wide range of desserts such as the local favourite Coconut Pandan Hot Soufflé, ice kacang, waffles, crepes, chocolate fountains and an assortment of cakes, tarts and ice creams. Lemon Garden is open daily from 6am to 11.30pm. Breakfast is served daily from 6am to 10.30am.
