The marbled and juicy meat, together with roasted asparagus, mashed potato and crunchy pistachio, offers complex textures and sophisticated flavours that you can’t resist. It matches well with the bright and sweet-fruited Pinot Noir T’Gallant Victorian Australia 2018, with raspberries and spices notes to enhance the enjoyment of the delicacy. 

Beef lovers can opt for the flavourful Grilled Australian Wagyu Tenderloin with Heirloom Carrots and Truffled Potato Cake (HK$ 498) that melts in your mouth at every single bite. And complete your Aussie night experience by savouring Classic Aussie Pavlova (HK$ 98) with crisp meringue on the outside and a soft marshmallow core, embellished with whipped cream and fresh berries.

Australian wines available at the restaurant are Pinot Grigio, T’Gallant Foundation 2017; Riesling, Penfolds Koonunga 2017; Cabernet Sauvignon, ‘Angus The Bull’, Australia 2016 available per glass of 250ml as well as per bottle.
