Embark on an elevated Western-Asian culinary journey like no other at William’s.

Embark on a culinary journey like no other at William’s. Inspired by a childlike curiosity for new foods and an appreciation of warm ambiance when dining, William’s offers a thoughtful menu homage to Western-Asian comfort food in a relaxed ambiance.

Created by Chef Alpin Reyner and his team, the restaurant serves a fusion of Western and Asian cuisine that will bring new light into familiar dishes. Using Chef Reyner’s food philosophy of making dishes “simple and sexy”, everything found at William’s is an homage to different cultures and brings an innovative take of familiar flavours.

Dine comfortably with a delectable selection of Western-Asian cuisine in the comfy and relaxing ambiance of William’s.

Start your culinary journey with an appetizer of Duck Brioche that is made of Toasted brioche served with marinated duck leg, homemade hoisin sauce and asian salad. Or opt for  Nori Salmon Crackers in which nori tempura is topped with torched salmon with kewpie mayo and tobiko before going to the main course.

Taste the favourite menu of all time that is Salmon & Gulai as well as the delectable Iga Bakar Kecap – Indonesian BBQ Ribs served with steamed rice, fried cabbage, and William’s signature sambal bawang. Do not miss out on the new menu that is Miso Cod, a pan seared cod fish marinated with miso, served with fried enoki mushroom, cassava puree, daikon and bonito flakes.

Pamper the taste buds with some sophisticated Asian flavour with the new Miso Cod at William’s.

For those craving for some Western taste, Sous Vide Duck Breast served with purple sweet potato, berry sauce, green peas powder, glazed vegetables and duck croquette is available to be enjoyed. Also feast on William’s W’s Burger – a classic beef burger served with fries, the all time favourite Roasted Baked Barramundi as well as choices of juicy steak for a magnificent dining experience.

End your journey with William’s signature dessert, the Dragon’s nest as well as Thai-cha or Molten Cendol, for those who want something traditional with a little twist. William’s is open from Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 11 PM, Friday to Saturday from 10 AM to 1 AM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 10 PM.
