Featuring the best wines from Hatten winery and specially crafted dishes by Komaneka Executive Chef, Chef Gusman Mardita, the Culinary and Wine Journey at Seneng Kitchen will be an exquisite experience that will be remembered for weeks to come.
Nibble on Soy Bean Cake Ball, a Balinese spice marinated soy bean cake ball served with coconut turmeric curd, or Avocado Gazpacho – Coriander Prawn as you enjoy your Jepun Sparkling Rose. Savour the Tuna Watermelon – honey curried and herbs crusted tuna salad served with grilled watermelon, toasted sesame seed, baby greens, lemon curd and chili mayo – that will be paired with the Two Island Riesling before moving on to Curried Cauliflower Soup that will be paired with Two Island Sauvignon Blanc.
Finally, pamper your taste buds with the rich taste of roasted stuffed rolled chicken served with spinach and cheese, quenelle of black olive mashed potato, herbed grilled vegetables, spice tomato coulis and balsamic rosemary juice that will be perfectly paired with the Two Island Pinot Noir.
And to end the night on a sweet note, Apple Lemongrass – baked pastry sheet wrapped in lemongrass flavoured with apple and raisin topped with turmeric cardamom caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream – paired with Pino De Bali, as well as Chocolate Rum Ball will be served for guests to nibble on.
