Savour a selection of Aussie grilled specialties from live-cooking station, along with a parade of scrumptious seafood such as succulent Australian Oyster and tempting desserts at Café Renaissance. Whet your appetite with Kale and Avocado Salad with Garlic Basil Vinaigrette – a healthy combination of two celebrated produce from Australia, including crunchy kale and creamy avocado, bringing you a refreshing Australian flavour with high nutritional values. 

Taste one of the country’s most representative local gastronomic treasures that is the indigenous Grilled Kangaroo Loin with Cumin and Black Pepper – with crispy surface and lean texture with low fat, the dish is indeed a healthy option for meat lovers! Also indulge with the tantalizing and irresistible Grilled Lamb Rack that is made from specially selected premium lamb from Western Australia.

Indulge your taste buds in a range of intriguing Australian Surf-and-Turf delicacies as well as international dinner buffet at Café Renaissance.

Those who crave for fresh taste from the ocean can indulge with the succulent Australian Oyster, as well as the exotic Barramundi, an iconic fish from Australia that boasts a unique buttery flavour. The fillet is seared on the hot grill, capturing the juicy meat with crispy skin. Known for its distinct natural sweetness and firm texture, Endeavour Prawn, which is mostly found in the northern waters of Australia, is simply mesmerizing to everyone.

Sip on distinctive Australian red wine and white wine to complement an authentic Aussie dinner. Cabernet Sauvignon, ‘Angus The Bull’, Australia 2016 presents a fine balance between rich floral, dark berries and oak aromas, making it an ideal accompaniment to red meats. While the vibrant fruit and floral notes of the elegant and crisp dry Riesling, Penfolds Koonunga 2017 goes well with seafood and brings out the umami flavours.

Australian wines available at the restaurant are Pinot Grigio, T’Gallant Foundation 2017; Riesling, Penfolds Koonunga 2017; Cabernet Sauvignon, ‘Angus The Bull’, Australia 2016 available per glass of 250ml as well as per bottle. Pinot Noir T’Gallant Victorian Australia 2018 by the glass of 250 ml or by the tap is also available. 

The dinner buffet will be available from July 15 to August 31, 2019, from 6:30 PM to 10 PM at Café Renaissance and is priced at HK$ 628++ per adult and HK$ 368++ per child with free flow of draft beer, orange juice and soft drinks. Enjoy 2-hour free parking when you spend HK$2,000 or more on dinner buffet. Delicacies will be served on rotation.
