Be Whisked Away Into the Artistically Interactive Sunday Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong
Delight yourself in the artistically interactive Sunday Art Basel Afternoon Tea by Chef Ringo Chan of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
With Art Basel and Art Central, the most established art fairs in Hong Kong, coming up this March to bring world-class artistic expression to Hong Kong, an Art-Basel inspired Sunday afternoon tea by the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is ready to complete the festivities with its delightful artsy treats that is surely not to be missed.
Experience an artistically interactive Afternoon Tea buffet specially prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan. Expressing his creativity through sweet desserts, Chef Chan unveils his playful spread of desserts that will stimulate the imagination. Reflecting his interpretation of the Hong Kong urban jungle, Building Forest uses cream and sugar as the brick and mortar that paves the way to civilisation.
Delight yourself in the edible art piece of Let Me Free, where birds are painted on almond cookies and placed inside a bird cage. Guests are also encouraged to be artsy for a day by taking a biscuit paint brush out and complete the artwork using edible pastel tubes of “paint”. A selection of traditional pastries can also be enjoyed by the guests should they want it.
These delightfully artsy treats from Chef Ringo Chan of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong can be enjoyed for HK$438 per person and will be subjected to 10% service charge. Available only on every Sunday of March, the exclusive event serves two seating per day. The first seating will be from 2 pm to 4 pm and the second seating will be from 4.15 pm to 6 pm.
