Highlighting the original Palmer House Hilton Recipe Walnut Brownie in the afternoon tea, this sweet treat was first started with Bertha Palmer, the wife of the owner of Palmer House Hilton.
The bite-sized chocolatey treat that we love today was originated from her challenge to the hotel pastry chefs to invent a fuss-free yet delicious dessert that could be transported easily. Since then, its original recipe continues to be used at Palmer House Hilton and has inspired many other spin-offs.
Aside from the original Palmer House Hilton Recipe Walnut Brownie, Silky Cream Cheese Red Velvet Cake as well as a spin on classics such as Eggs Benedict with Asian Crab Salad will also pleasure your palate in the celebratory afternoon tea. And lastly, Conrad Centennial Singapore’s signature gin and tonic that has been exquisitely turned into a Panna Cota will close the session on a sweet note.
