Enjoy Luxurious Dry-Aged Steak at Marble 8 Kuala Lumpur


Luxury steakhouse Marble 8 serves up high-quality imported steak that has been handled with great care, so delicious you can’t help but salivate at the scent!

Marble 8 fires up their grill at Level 56, Menara 3 Petronas. Here, guests will be able to recognise the leather seats and distinctive décor as well as the famous custom-built dry-ageing cellar, where the tightly controlled dry-ageing process can be observed. 

The restaurant is known for its dry- and wet-aged beef where they use prime cuts of superior quality. Marble 8’s Wagyu and Angus beef come from one of the largest independent suppliers of beef from Australia. Marble 8 founder and owner, Cavaliere Modesto Marini, personally oversees dealings with Stanbroke Beef, a family-operated beef supply chain in northern Queensland which raises cattle on its own properties. Every cut available at Marble 8 has been handpicked by Cavaliere Modesto specifically based on his requirements of the Marble 8 cut, which is also halal-certified.

A unique characteristic of the Marble 8 cuts dry-aged in Malaysia is that they are all delivered with the bones still attached. This “bone-in meat” method improves the flavours and aroma of beef while they are aged for at least 21 days – in the case of wet-aged beef, it is vacuum-sealed to retain its natural juices. 

The “bone-in” concept of these steaks is to keep in and intensify the beefy flavour while cooking and serving.

Guests can now enjoy new menus designed around the Marble 8 signature cuts but this time, high above the city of Kuala Lumpur. The À La Carte menu is available every day and still features Marble 8’s well-known succulent Tenderloin on the Bone, and Tomahawk Steak. 

Marble 8 has two offerings for lunch. One is the Grab & Bite set (RM56++) which features Marble 8 house-made burgers and is available daily. The other is the Elite Gourmand Lunch menu which comes with a 3-course (RM78++) and 4-course option (RM118++) but is available only from Sunday to Friday. 

For those opting for more private moments, especially where they can indulge in premium cigars and whiskey. Marble 8 is open daily from 12 noon to 2.30pm for lunch, 7.00pm to 11.00pm for dinner.
