Master the art of making pate a choux with Chef Jason Licker’s The Choux Show cooking demonstration. Learn how to make this traditional French pastry in a guided fail-proof step by step process. Chef Licker will show pastry enthusiasts how to make the actual pate a choux dough and the craqueline, which is a second dough that is responsible to give a puff that cracked effect. A basic pastry cream recipe to fill the choux with will also be taught so that you won’t need to buy a cream puff ever again.

Chef Jason Licker’s Cooking Demonstrations will exclusively be held at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa’s Cooking Studio. The Art of The Tart will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2019 at 3 PM while The Choux Show will be held next Wednesday, May 29th 2019 at 3 PM.
