Dynasty restaurant unveils its exclusive range of dishes created from the nutritiously delicious Kanto Sea Cucumber for your dining pleasure.

Known as the ginseng of the sea and the best type of cucumber from Japan, the premium Kanto Sea Cucumber has low calorie and high nutritional value. Chef Suen Kam Sing , the Executive Chef of Dynasty Chinese Restaurant by Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong unveils the exclusive range of dishes created from the nutritiously delicious Kanto Sea Cucumber for your dining pleasure.

Luxuriate with the indulgent dish that is full of exceptional flavour made from the sumptuous Kanto Sea Cucumber. Called “Bao Ji Cing Sam”, the dish means everything will go on well as wished in Chinese and it is one of Chef Suen’s favourite dishes. The dish requires Chef Suen’s expert craftsmanship in stuffing a whole abalone and shrimp paste into the Kanto Sea Cucumber before seasoning and deep frying it to deliver the complex layers of flavours and textures.

Enjoy the dish along with Dynasty’s homemade Sichuan sauce comprising bean paste, sweet and sour mix and spicy pepper oil for an exceptional dining experience. Taste the exceptional Deep Fried Kanto Sea Cucumber stuffed with Shrimp Paste and Abalone for HK$360 per person.

Revel in the traditional Cantonese dish of Braised Kanto Sea Cucumber with Dried Pomelo Peels. Sea cucumber is one of the most delicate and complicated ingredients as is needs to be bathed multiple times, soaked and simmered until it is soft enough to absorb the flavours from ginger, onion and flounder. The flavour of this traditional dish is then enriched with dried shrimps, garlic and flounder along with Dynasty restaurant’s homemade oyster sauce to satisfy your taste buds. Enjoy this traditional dish for HK$300 per person.

Savour the premium Kanto Sea Cucumber Soup along with Matsutake or the King of Fungi whose heartful aroma will elevate the taste of the sea cucumber. Along with red dates and goji berries, as recommended by Chef Suen, the dish will nourish your body in this spring time. This Double-boiled Whole Kanto Sea Cucumber Soup comes at HK$260 per person.
