The special menu offers a rich variety of items from different regions inspired by Central Anatolia, Aegean and Mediterranean. During the three-day food galore, Chef Fatih Kalem and team will flare up the kitchen of Palm Court, as he prepares his signature dishes which includes Hunkar Begendi, orbraised beef with eggplant puree, Levrek bugulama, which issteamed sea bass with onion, lemon, tomato, and Kuzu Tandir, the roasted lamb and as well as variety of Kebabs.
