Kayuputi Restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort wins Wine Spectator Award’s Best of Award of Excellence for 9th consecutive year.

Kayuputi Restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort was recently awarded with Wine Spectator Award’s Best of Award of Excellence in the 2 wine glass category, for the ninth consecutive year. This respected award makes the beachfront restaurant the only restaurant in Bali, as an exceed destination for wine lovers with extraordinary commitment to wine, both in the cellar and through the service team.

Wine Spectator began its program to recognize the world’s best wine lists in 1981 and has become an influential source of wine information ever since. It recognizes restaurants across the globe whose wine lists offer interesting selections, are appropriate to their cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine connoisseurs. 

Based on these basic requirements, restaurants are judged for one of the three awards: Award of Excellence, Best of Award of Excellence and Grand Award. Best of Award of Excellence recipients offer more extensive selections with significant vintage depth and excellent breadth across multiple regions with a selection of more than 350 wines.

The prestigious award has redefined Kayuputi as a beachfront fine dining restaurant complete with its stellar wine list and white wood interior, from where the restaurant takes its name. Kayuputi also presents a world-class culinary team, showcasing their art, in an open kitchen, using quality ingredients and an emphasis on authentic preparation that retains each dish’s intrinsic complexity, complemented by an exquisite selection of its sommelier’s hand-selected varietals.

Indulge in A Quintessential Dinner with Michelin – starred Chef Yoshiaki Ito on Friday, August 23, 2019 and Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Kayuputi Restaurant. Starting from 7 PM, the dinner will be available in 4-course and 6-course along with a wine pairing that comes at an additional price. 4-course dinner is available at a price of IDR 1,250,000 net per person and IDR 2,250,000 net per person with wine pairings. 6 course dinner is available at a price of IDR 1,800,000 net per person and IDR 3,300,000 net per person with wine pairings.
