Having worked with household names in the global culinary scene from Yotam Ottolenghi and Clare Smyth to Heston Blumenthal after the MasterChef Journey competition, the chef’s dishes are inspired by global cuisines.
The 34-year-old-model-turned-celebrity chef who was born to a dutch mother and Dutch-Indonesian father mentioned that his family, especially his maternal grandmother, greatly influenced his cooking style. His rustic but uniquely sophisticated cooking style will pamper your taste buds with distinctive and diverse flavour combinations that will leave you wanting for more.
