Following months of major refurbishment, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta has just relaunched its main F&B establishment Signatures Restaurant in March 2020, delighting patrons with a new concept, an artistic interior design with a fresh ambiance and an impressive array of cuisine. The revival of the culinary legend sees a number of new features, such as spacious venue and a mix of modern and traditional décor. Take a peek into the widespread variety of dishes you can discover in the food stations of Signatures, starting with the legendary chicken porridge a.k.a. Bubur Ayam HI to Nasi Gandul and Selat Solo. A crossover mix of local and Italian dish is the pizza cakalang sambal matah, a perfect combination of spicy homemade sambal matah topped with Ikan Cakalang on soft pizza bread, suitable for those spicy food hunters. Don’t forget to visit the lamian station for a bowl of authentic homemade lamian noodles while watching the live creation of hand-pulled noodles, an attraction not to be missed. guests can choose between warm chicken or duck broth along with eight or more condiments and four toppings, including beef bolognaise, chicken mushroom, duck mushroom, bok choy and corn chips.

The culinary haven doesn’t stop there. We dare you to try the famous local delicacy called Nasi Gandul, which originates from Pati in Central Java. This particular dish consists of spiced meat that includes lung, beef, beef tongue, beef angle (kikil), beef spleen (limpa), beef brain, beef tripe and beef intestines, served with a delicious broth that is cooked for one hour and, as a final touch, served with fried tempeh and sliced chilli. Yes, it is not for the faint-hearted, but we guarantee this will give you a lasting impression of the authentic Indonesian culinary fare.
