Sizzle & Grill at the World-class Dining Destination FIRE at W Bali – Seminyak

Featuring a dramatic open kitchen that awakens for breakfast and sizzles at sunset, FIRE at W Bali – Seminyak is a fun, unpretentious grill restaurant serving an array of bistro classics

Discover the outstanding array of grilled cuisine at FIRE at W Bali – Seminyak. Fire invites you to indulge in playful takes on bistro classics including roasts, tartars, salads and raw bar classics. Although Fire is not a newcomer in the culinary scene in the neighbourhood, it still manages to surprise guests with its modern innovation. Fire reflects the rich natural beauty and cultural heritage of the destination, with a playful twist of bold designs and textures that reflects a contemporary take on traditional Balinese design, which allows guests to mix and mingle and be a part of the dining scene.

As for the main attraction, experience the tableside meat board showcasing a variety of 12 signature cuts such as dry-aged Irish ribeye, Australian kiwami wagyu with a marble score of 9 and grain-fed Black Angus prime beef, Argentinian beef and more. What’s more, guests can indulge in a decadent Fire Sunday Brunch, where western classics are transformed into delightful renditions such as BBQ smokehouse, ceviche bar and oyster shucking stations.

Fire is illuminated by bold colours of white, black, red and yellow, with a checkered pattern seen in the exquisite marble adorning the show kitchen

The all-day dining restaurant offers a different kind of grill experience with a beef sommelier that will patiently explain the differences in the meat to the guests. The must-try breakfast buffet offers everything from eggs, fresh sashimi, congee and freshly baked goods. Meanwhile, Fire has a menu of fire-cooked prime meats, with a meat sommelier, and fresh seafood for lunch and dinner. Illuminated by bold colours of white, black, red and yellow, as well as checkered pattern, Fire also has exquisite marble adorning the show kitchen. Poleng pendants hang languidly around the room, while the Kecak fireball chandelier radiates from the centre of a ceiling made of burnt timber strips. Draperies are hemmed in the Balinese traditional double ikat weaving style, which is exclusively made in Bali.

Interior-wise, Fire features indoor and outdoor open air seating and the choice of two private dining rooms. Sip on some serious new cocktails prepared with fire, smoke and charcoal, as well as some lighter cocktail options to balance out the distinct food selections. If you bring your little ones, check out the children’s menu. Fire opens daily from 6.30am to 11pm. For more information and to reserve your table, please email to, or call +62 361 3000 106.
