This Christmas and New Year, dine with a view on the cliff-edge in an elegant yet casual atmosphere with your loved ones at the all-day dining Sangkar Restaurant, which offers an exquisite five-course dinner set menu of festive favourites.
Start with a fresh appetiser of Poached Boston Lobster with mango jelly and organic baby salad, followed by Chestnut soup with porcini mushroom and Lemon sgroppino, and the succulent Corn-fed turkey breast with Butter roasted parsnips and potato, Brussel sprout, bacon fricassee, and red currant jus, and the dessert of Homemade individual plum pudding, with accompaniments of freshly brewed coffee or tea and minced pies. Meanwhile, the three-course children menu consists of Mozzarella salad, Corn-fed turkey breast and Chocolate brownie. The premium six-course menu will start with Salad of veal with carrot and orange, followed by scrumptious Lobster textures, and then Roasted potato ravioli with black truffle and smoked Parmigiano. The last three dishes will surely satisfy your palate, they are Seasonal fish with palm heart and caviar, Japanese beef with onion and red wine, and ended with Caramel parfait with raspberry. Commemorate the year-end spirit on the special evening of New Year’s Eve at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin, where you can relish the creative interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine in an enchanting setting overlooking the pool and the Indian Ocean. Starting from 6pm, the menu is available on Tuesday, 31 December 2019. Also presented in an exquisite six-course tasting menu, it starts with healthy Crab salad with raw & cooked vegetables, followed by pasta of Cold spaghetti with almond and caviar, and Potato gnocchi with fennel and sea urchin. The main course includes signature dishes such as Seasonal fish with zucchini variation and Japanese beef with radicchio and black truffle, and finally ended with Pineapple carpaccio with citrus, flowers and herbs. Lastly, elevate your New Year’s Eve experience with an exclusive beachfront celebration overlooking the Indian Ocean that starts with the Bvlgari Resort Bali’s iconic aperitivo at Il Bar over the cliff at 7.30pm, followed with a six-course Gala Dinner at the award-winning Sangkar Restaurant from 8.30pm to 11.15pm, where you will be serenaded with a live music performance, followed by a champagne toast and the much-awaited New Year’s countdown at Il Bar.
Enter the six-course Gala Dinner with an appetising Lobster salad, 62°C Japanese egg with black truffle, and Atlantic cod with Canadian sea urchin. Take your time to enjoy the succulent main course, Wagyu beef sirloin with Hazelnut, carrot puree and rosemary jus, ended with Lemongrass and coconut sorbet, and Chocolate crunch of Manjari chocolate and orange textures. Accompaniments include freshly brewed tea or coffee and petit fours.
