A Magical Stay at the Most Luxurious Address in Bali, the Bvlgari Resort Bali

Perched on top of a cliff at the pristine beauty of Uluwatu at the southern part of Bali, Bvlgari Resort Bali is a stunner with its spacious villas and mansions, infinity pool, and outstanding dining venues

Fashion-forward Italian luxury goods brand Bvlgari extends its wings with hospitality brand Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, which currently manages posh hotels in Milan, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Bejing and Bali, with three new hotels in the pipeline: Tokyo, Paris and Moscow. Established in 2006, Bvlgari Resort Bali is the second edition in the portfolio after Bvlgari Hotel Milano. Glamorous and romantic, Bvlgari Resort Bali is an intimate hideaway perched 150m above the sea level of high, jaw-dropping cliff in the southern part of Bali, Uluwatu, with a sweeping view of the Indian Ocean. Located in a stunningly picturesque area, the resort has spacious 59 villas, five mansions and four dining venues, as well as amenities such as the Spa, Workshop Gymnasium, infinity-edged pool and the magnificent Bvlgari Chapel.

Designed by Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), the resort’s layout and overall design incorporates the culture and natural elements of the location. The hotel has been built and furnished using hand-hewn volcanic stones, rich exotic woods and an exclusive range of furniture and fabrics—the magnificent proportions offer a fitting welcome to guests of Bvlgari Resort Bali.

The secluded 59 individual villas, freestanding and private, all include an open-air pavilion, patio, terrace and private plunge pool, with the ones on the first row enjoying spectacular ocean views. With sizes between 300 to 500 sqm by combining the indoor and outdoor spaces, the villas have oversized bathroom, living area and a luxurious king-sized bed overlooking the Indian Ocean in an air-conditioned environment. The design of the villas magically blends traditional Balinese charm and high Italian style with sophisticated contemporary design and breathtaking beauty of nature.

In all villas, every natural element is polished to a shine: Indonesian wood floors glow, natural lava walls are neatly bricked, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls reveal manicured tropical plants. Guests can take long walks along the oceanfront of the pristine private beach which can be reached via an inclined elevator. Here, guests will find four types of villa: Ocean View Villa, with sizes from 300 to 550 sqm; 300 sqm Premium Ocean View Villa; Ocean Cliff Villa, with sizes from 300 to 550 sqm; and the majestic 1,300 sqm the Bvlgari Villa.
