In collaboration with Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Ray Harvest Consulting, premium mineral water brand AQUA Reflections from Danone AQUA hosted a special Chef Table Dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Ruth’s Chris Executive Chefs from Jakarta and Hong Kong, Chef Fadhilatul Fithri and Chef Gary Leung, joined forces together to prepare Ruth’s Chris Specialty in a sumptuous set menu combined with high quality mineral water by AQUA Reflections and a bottle of fine wine by Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery supported by Pelita Makmur Perkasa (PMP).

Throughout the premiere dinner night, guests had an opportunity to savour the Sizzlin’ Blue Crab Cake, Lobster Bisque Soup, US Prime Ribeye, US Petite Filet and finally sealed with Strawberry Cheese Cake.The exclusive dinner was hosted by Mr. Eric Santoso from Danone AQUA, Mr. Kieran Galway, Regional Director of Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Ms. Elisa Kusuma, founder of Ray Harvest Consulting. VIP guests who were seen mingling and enjoying the dinner are Mr. Michael Kohler, Mr. Rino Soedarjo, Mr. Tantra Tobing and Ms. Erly Eliawati and Ms. Asri Handayani.

In addition, the AQUA Reflections Chef Table Menu was also available for public from October 23 to 27, 2019, available for both lunch and dinner. Guests who dine during the five-day dining promotion period from October 23 to 27 can have a taste of more diverse menu offerings. For starters, guests can choose between Sizzlin’ Blue Crab Cake or Carpaccio. Next, in the second course, guests have a choice of fresh Harvest Salad or scrumptious Lobster Bisque Soup.

As for the exclusive entrées and main course, diners can opt between US Petite Filet 6oz (170g) and shrimp, or US Prime Ribeye 10oz (280g) with grilled salmon and stuffed chicken breast. Side dishes are not overlooked—there are choices of grilled asparagus, pan-roasted wild mushroom and mashed potatoes. Finally, the dinner experience is ended with mini cheesecake with chocolate bark, and coffee or tea. Ruth’s Chris Steak House is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11.30am to 3pm and 5.30pm to 11pm. For reservations and private dining arrangements, guests can call +62 21 5221178.
