For Ramadan, Cork & Screw Country Club as well was Cork & Screw’s Pacific Place and Plaza Indonesia locations are happily catering to those who want to break their fast in large groups.

Cork & Screw Country Club has a great break fasting menu for those who want to dine with all their loved ones. After sampling the complimentary tajil complimentary iced tea, there are small plates to share with both Asian and Western options. Asian options include the shrimp & vegetable gyoza served with mala chili and scallions, a gorengan platter that includes bakwan sayur, tahu isi, tempe mendoan, and sambal kacang, and fried enoki with chilli & scallion, served with garlic aioli, salted egg snow, and crispy garlic.

The Western dishes that are served for small sharing dishes include nachos that are made with cassava chips, taro chips, beans con carne, aioli, cheddar cheese, guacamole, and salsa, a fritto misto which includes battered and fried seasonal seafood, dynamite sauce, marinara, and a lemon wedge and last but not least, the croquette platter with truffled porcini, French onion beef, chicken, and chili ketchup.

With such a variety of dishes offered at Cork & Screw, it is the perfect place to break your fast with your favourite group of people.

For this package, each guest has the option to choose one main. For this course is the choice between many Indonesian and Western options for the sumptuous main course. For Indonesian options there is the nasi cumi pekalongan that consists of two kinds of squid, sambal hejo, belimbing wuluh salsa, and steamed rice.

Available also is C.C. nasi bakar, which is served with salted fish, shredded lemongrass chicken, and kaffir lime rice, opor ayam that is fried and grilled served with coconut broth, braised chayote, jackfruit, nasi gurih, and crispy tempe.  Rounding off the Indonesian mains, there is also lontong sayur Jakarta as well as nasi goreng kambing.

Rolling off onto the Western mains are aglio olio spaghetti that is made with grilled chicken, beef bacon, granada padano, and chili oil and roast spring chicken, which comes with whipped potatoes, porcini croquettes, butternut squash confit, truffle infused king oyster mushroom, and many more. The Country Club location’s package is for a minimum of 10 people, priced at IDR 200,000++.

Cork & Screw’s other locations also has a great package for a minimum of six people. This also includes a complimentary tajil and beverage, with a plethora of appetisers to share such as beef and potato croquettes, Balinese chicken skewers, porcini mushroom croquettes, and crispy calamari. Delicious mains range from nasi campur with fried chicken and beef steak satay, Indonesian fried rice, grilled tilapia, and many more.
