Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is bringing its immersive and innovative “Pop Down” series to Hong Kong later this month to celebrate world class cuisine, masterful mixology and the unique Four Seasons experience.

These aspects are what makes the Four Seasons Pop Down series so transformative, and with the next concept set to take place in Hong Kong, many can certainly anticipate an immersive celebration of talents.
Four Seasons Pop Down Hong Kong is the fourth in a global series, with previous editions having taken place in Toronto, Philadelphia and Miami. The concept, which was first launched in 2017, is a celebration of world class cuisine, masterful mixology and immersive Four Seasons experiences. In Hong Kong, Four Seasons will combine talent, creativity and passion to create a unique experience that captures the spirit of one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
The fourth instalment is set to transform a vacant street-level storefront in Pacific House, located in the heart of Hong Kong’s central district, and begins with a one-night, invitation-only experience on March 30, 2019. The set-up in Hong Kong intends to play with perception and illusion, as well as the notion that “nothing is as it seems” to dazzle the senses of the visitor. Four Seasons Pop Down Hong Kong will bring together a world-class collection of artisans from hotels and resorts around the globe, who are tasked with the curation of the evening’s interactive food and beverage experience.
Award-winning Four Seasons chefs are joining forces for an incredible collaboration, alongside master mixologists from a number of Four Seasons establishments around the world who will serve up handcrafted cocktails. Visitors of the Pop Down in Hong Kong can also enjoy expertly plated desserts, coming from Pastry Chefs Yusuke aoki of Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, Chris Ford of Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, and Lorenzo Sollecito of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta.
To further the experience, the Four Seasons Pop Down Hong Kong is also inviting everyone to join the Hotel at Pacific House on April 1 and 2, 2019, for a unique lunch hour indulgence. This includes the Four Seasons Pop Down Bakery, where Chef Yan Tak will be serving his famous pineapple pork buns and baked cream custard puffs, among floral creations by Tokyo-based and internationally acclaimed celebrity floral artist Nicolai Bergmann. It’s going to be the first time that Chef Tak makes his delicacies available outside of Lung King Heen!
