Explore Mindfulness and Find Your Why at The Sanchaya in Bintan Island

The Sanchaya welcomes experienced somatic coach, René Roseburg, at the Estate, where he is set to offer mindfulness sessions through his June 2019 residency.

The Sanchaya, boasting a beachfront escape and hectares of a tropical garden wonderland, makes for the ideal space to relieve and revitalise the mind, body, and soul; a sort of destination offering the space and service to accompany one’s wellness journey through new and natural experiences that takes its inspiration from Indonesia.

With an ongoing programme of resident health and wellness experts, which has included celebrity trainer Artur Zolkiewicz and pilates specialist Rosie Gregory, The Sanchaya will host René Roseburg, also known as the Passionist, between 6 and 9 June, 2019.

René have conducted mindfulness workshops around the world, helping people to embody new practices and create a body of action, while fostering change and transformation within individuals. He is an experienced Somatic Coach, and through his residency at The Sanchaya, he is inviting guests to explore mindfulness and “find their why.”

René Roseburg, or The Passionist, will complete a residence from June 6 to 9, 2019, at The Sanchaya in Bintan Island. He is an experienced Somatic Coach who has run mindfulness workshops around the world,

Somatic coaching is lined within the idea that there is a way to take people into account in a holistic manner, and acknowledging all existing factors that make a person who he or she is at the present, and how it defines their personality and outlook. Drawing attention to this then makes it possible to determine their core values and help them actualise their respective goals. At The Sanchaya, these optional, complimentary sessions aim to help guests strengthen their mind, feel more anchored, all the while improving their interactions with others and unwrap potential skills and interests from within.

Enjoy a “Mindfulness Weekend” at The Sanchaya in Bintan Island. The Estate is located on the white sandy shores of Bintan island, making it a magnificent beachfront escape.

René’s residency will begin on June 6 with welcome cocktails in the estate’s glass-walled Decanter, allowing for an intimate interaction with the Passionist himself to learn more about the weekend programme. It will be followed with morning Somatic sessions in the mornings of the weekend, with options to have one-on-one time with René for guests interested to do so. The tranquil estate of The Sanchaya provides an ideal space to explore the possibilities.

The Sanchaya is located less than an hour away from Singapore’s Changi Airport, offering an unparalleled guest experience with wonderful and specially prepared facilities and programs that are meant to enhance your stay. For further information on The Sanchaya in Bintan Island, please visit
