Sriwijaya Restaurant will present a lavish four-course dinner menu on the Christmas Eve on Tuesday, 24 December 2019 and on the Christmas Day on Wednesday, 25 December 2019. The special set menu will start with an appetizer of smoked salmon mille-feuille, lobster bisque soup, followed with exceptional main course where guests can opt for a whole roasted turkey with traditional condiments, or roasted prime beef.

Wrap up your dinner with the award-winning Chef Kona’s Christmas desserts which include Christmas pudding, bourbon vanilla ice cream, brandy sabayone and berries compote. Alternatively, if you come with your family relatives and children, head over to the Jakarta Restaurant and The Courtyard to enjoy a lavish buffet spread of Christmas Brunch on Wednesday, 25 December 2019. Special Christmas cuisine on display are turkey with traditional condiments, seafood-vaganza station, salmon en croûte, and roasted beef rib eye. For those who prefer something healthier, the restaurant also presents a vegan live station with smoked salmon and veggies, vegetables roll in rice paper, salad in a jar and an assortment of healthy-toasted multigrain.

Local signatures from Jakarta Restaurant, such as sup asam iga Palembang and nasi liwet, as well as Sunday Brunch signatures, such as pan fried foie gras and Japanese corner, will also be available on the buffet. Mouthwatering selections of Christmas desserts ranging from festive berries flambe, Christmas fruit cake, forest noir bûche de Noël and various Christmas tree desserts.
