Have a “Taste of Bali Brunch” at Jakarta Restaurant and “Exquisite dining experience with Chef Benjamin Le Moal” at Sriwijaya Restaurant

Enjoy the end of the month dining delights at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta with a Taste of Bali Brunch and Exquisite Dining Experience.

The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is the best place in Jakarta to find a delicious meal. From Sriwijaya for their nouvelle cuisine, to the Jakarta Restaurant for a contemporary interpretation of old Jakarta. A hub of some of the most luxurious and unique meals, The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is planning to unleash two exclusive dining experiences.

The first dining experience at the end of this month is the Exquisite Dining Experience with Guest Chef Benjamin Le Moal. Coming back to the Sriwijaya Restaurant, Chef Benjamin is going to prepare his classic French set menu to introduce the new concept of nouvelle cuisine, which is a modern style of cooking that avoids rich, heavy foods and emphasises the freshness of the ingredients. This menu will be available exclusively from the 24th to the 26th July 2019. For the three course lunch set menu, the meal is priced at IDR 888,000++ per person, while the four course dinner set menu is priced at IDR 1,500,000++ inclusive of a glass of wine.

Only on Sunday the 28th of July is the highly exclusive Sunday brunch, the Taste of Bali Brunch at Jakarta Restaurant. This Brunch is the perfect way to experience Bali’s fascinating culture through the taste of their authentic cuisine – it is to be accompanied with a traditional Balinese dance performance. The menu is personally crafted by Chef I Made Kona, who will also conduct a cooking class on the day. This brunch is priced at IDR 695,000++ per person, with an unlimited flow of non-alcoholic beverages and a glass of baby choco martini.

To make a reservation, please call (62-21) 725 8181 ext. 6237 for the Taste of Bali Brunch, or call (62-21) 725 8181 ext. 6230 for the Exquisite Dining Experience.
