Meet Stefano Attardi, the New Executive Chef at Bvlgari Resort Bali
With an extensive experience and an ample knowledge in hospitality industry, the new Executive Chef Stefano Attardi is set to bring new innovations and skills at the tasteful F&B scene of Bvlgari Resort Bali
Italian-native Stefano Attardi has recently been appointed as the new Executive Chef at the luxurious property Bvlgari Resort Bali. With more than 15 years’ experience in hospitality industry and five-star hotels and resorts, Stefano brings his undeniable passion and masterful skills to the table. As the Executive Chef at Bvlgari Resort Bali, Stefano will oversee the resort’s four dining venues including Sangkar Restaurant, Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin, Il Bar, La Spiaggia as well as in-villa dining, curating exquisite culinary experiences for discerning diners and guests to enjoy.
Born in Naples, Italy, Stefano earned his hospitality culinary degree at the Gabriele Rossini Institute and began his career at Schweizerhof Hotel in Zermatt, Switzerland. In his early years, he served in various locations between Switzerland, Palm Springs and Miami, before joining The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman in 2005, as part of the pre-opening team of “Blue by Eric Ripert”—dubbed as one of the best restaurants in Caribbean—and then appointed as Chef de Cuisine at the resort’s Italian Restaurant.
After venturing off to Spain as the Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Barcelona, Stefano was stationed at Indonesia as the Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. In March 2017, he joined the opening team of Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, where he served as Executive Chef and helped to contribute to the success of the property as one of the top Luxury Hotels in Asia. Prior to his appointment at Bvlgari Resort Bali, Stefano was the Executive Chef of The Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora in French Polynesia. Stefano is an avid sportsman and during his spare time he enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, travelling, and discovering new food and beverage concepts.
