Led by world-renowned Peruvian Chef Diego Muñoz, Ulu Cliffhouse’s culinary offering goes beyond the typical beach club menu by incorporating the influence of Diego’s travels around the world and Bali’s local environment at the same time. The fresh, fun and locally sourced offeringseflect Chef Diego’s ability to integrate culturally diverse flavours, resulting in a menu that includes a raw bar showcasing his personal take on ceviches, tiraditos, and an array of other culinary delights.
For poolside gazing and serious people watching, the centerpiece of Ulu Cliffhouse’s upper level is the infinity pool. With a capacity of over 300 and its clean lines, guests are invited to bask in loungers arranged in sets around the pool, with hammocks strung between palms and beds of lush greenery. After taking a dip in Ulu Cliffhouse’s pool, guests can choose from a formidable menu of beverages. Ulu Cliffhouse’s drink makers offer in-house cold pressed juices including herbs and vegetables from the area, body tonics, kombucha and Jamu made locally in the Bukit peninsula, there is something for everyone.
